Software development

Standard programs often reach their limits with highly specific geothermal and thermal engineering questions. We develop and extend software made for exactly that. Our clients include research institutions, engineering firms and energy suppliers.

One example is GOLEM, an open-source simulator for coupled thermal, hydraulic and mechanical processes in geothermal reservoirs, based on the MOOSE framework. Together with the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences and Stadtwerke München, we have extended GOLEM with new modules.
